While doing our graduation, doing a part time job is little difficult, but the benefits are typically greater than the amount of a pay check. Students who work during their college careers may have better time-management skills than their counterparts. 

       They must understand that their responsibility to apply it to their daily lives so as to understand the value of money. 
They earn money that can be used for fun or for tuition, while gaining experience in the workplace that will be attractive to future employers after graduation. And the student who is doing the part time job with their studies they will improve their communication skills and will be very responsible in their future activities.

            Students taking on a job on top of their studies will have less free time than non-working students. The students who measure out their time they can be better planners as they make sure that they complete their every task expected of them on deadline and they always be neat in their work.  Once students start earning their own money they will realize how hard it is to earn money. They will also start appreciating the things their parents do for them and understand that money doesn’t grow on trees. It teaches the students the value of money, and I think that when students earn their money, they will start cherishing it because they earned it themselves.

                    The students those who are working have some kind of work experience on their resumes to start, and the fact that they have been able to hold a job while a school attests to their level of maturity, responsibility and time management. There are many students who comes from poor background and their parents were find the difficulties to give education to their student but however, they will give the education to their students and the student must understand the problems of their parents.If they have the part time job parents burden will be reduced.

                   Working for a long time can also limit opportunities to build friendships and explore interests that enhance emotional development. For everything, the student must create a time table and should follow that. Then the student will get equal time for his work as well as for entertainment. Although finding a part-time job is tough. It is not impossible just to do the little hard work in our life.
