The part-time jobs are important for every student because there are many students who comes from the poor background and their parent’s find it difficult to full fill their children’s needs but even though they will not tell their children that they have the financial problem , they somehow manage to full fill their  wishes. If the students have the part-time job they Can reduce the burden of their parents and they themselves can build up confidence.

                  There are many students  looking for a part time job and we can see the many young faces in many hotels, restaurants or in some general stores. The students will be happy when they  earn the money and when they get a feeling of being independent .  Every college students should look for a part-time jobs.

         Part time job can not only broaden their vision and can  also  enhance their own ability.Besides,doing part time jobs will improve our tolerance so that we won’t yield to difficulties easily and  they will get to know  the value of the money.  Having a part time job works out very well as it gives students a chance to gain some work experience and also gives them something to include in their resume.  The obvious advantage that these people get to earnsome of the money for themselves and their families, they also receive some job satisfaction ,where they assure themselves that they are finally taking out some time to follow their own passions and build their own career. 

               The one of the importent  advantage of having a part time job is there is less pressure  for those individuals who have anger management issues to high blood pressure, having a part time job really helps them to relax and feel them to happy. And the students will get to know about the importance of the time management.


     2. Disadvantages

       Deciding  to work  part-time has its disadvantages, specially in students personal life; it can be demanding when you are studying and have a job, leaving  no time for the social area of your life.

       Learn part-time job takes a year or more, longer than a full-time course  for some people, the thought of studying for a long period of years seems tedious, and simply is not an option.

    More motivation is required for part-time jobs, as staff are usually unavailable during the evening and on weekends  leaving you to your own decision without the support of a lecturer.

    It is possible for some employers to be put off by the cost for your tertiary studies and therefore might not offer to pay for the tuition or even a portion.
